Blessed Are the Meek

In our series “Sermon On The Mount,” Pastor Dennis talks about what it means to have Humility. Jesus said, "Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth," emphasizing that meekness is strength under God's control. Meek individuals stand firm, express anger without sinning, and are kind yet assertive. They can fight without cruelty and speak truth without losing composure. God despises pride, as seen in Proverbs 8:13 and Ezekiel 16:49-50, but values humility. Humility, unlike pride, involves serving others and seeking God's grace.
