Religion has done a lot of people a disservice and really has been abusive. Looking back 30-40 years ago, when people would go through a divorce, religion wouldn’t help them moreover crucify them. Basically religion wouldn’t help people through the crisis and the drama. Either we believe that the Blood of Jesus works for all of us, or it doesn’t. There are a lot of people that have done wrong things, but are they marked for life and going to hell? No! The Blood of Jesus redeems those who have willfully messed up and come to a place of repentance and forgiveness to find restoration.
