Being in a position of leadership, such as a manager, to even being the president, does not automatically qualify you as a good leader, let alone a Godly leader. Godly leaders listen to the right voices. They will know the difference between their shepherd’s voice, and the voice of a stranger. Listening to the wrong voices can cost you your job, marriage, and even your credibility. So be careful who you allow yourself to listen to.
