In life, even a mature leader doesn’t always get it right. And even when they don’t get it right, the reality is, they will do whatever they can to make it right. In the midst of doing so, the other party may not let them make it right. They may want to hang it over their head and cause damage back to them. But it’s in those very moments that a mature leader will focus on reconciliation and not retribution or revenge.
